Question 1
Tell me about a time when you worked in a team and one of the members was not contributing. How did you handle the situation?
Very calm and easy, questions regarding customer service experience and transportation. They also asked about availability, went over overall pay and what work would look like on an average day.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
