I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Napa, CA) in Oct 2013
Interview
Apply online. Relatively brief online app to fill out. Then, I went into the store the following day to inquiry about getting an interview. I let them know I had applied online, then I was directed by one of the assistant managers to an appointment scheduled for the next late afternoon. I was nervous for the interview, but they asked me the most basic questions.....what I liked and disliked about myself, why I would make a good INO employee, and I ensured I was grinning from cheek to cheek the whole dang time.

Question 1
My favorite and least favorite traits about myself.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
I applied online and they asked why I wanted to work at In-N-Out burger (250 character limit), They emailed me a week or two later and set a date for a interview.
