I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Austin, TX) in Dec 2022
Interview
The interview process is decent. It is to see if you are going to be a part of the working machine that is In-N-Out Burger. You will be asked about previous jobs and also what can you do to help In-N-Out. It might only be a burger place to some but Eureka to others so remember that when you go for the interview process. And a big real, not fake, smile is a must

Question 1
How do you see yourself contributing to this company?
Very calm and easy, questions regarding customer service experience and transportation. They also asked about availability, went over overall pay and what work would look like on an average day.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)

The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable.
