Process was very smooth. Everyone was very timely, considerate and professional. I applied via jobspresso, got an email approximately two days after and scheduled a call with recruiter a few days out which covered the basics( skills/goals/ pay). A few hours after call with recruiter, I received email invite for next step and scheduled panel interview with three people on the team for the following week. Everyone was super friendly and no questions caught me off guard. Team seemed impressed so an assessment was sent to me the next day, which I had 2-3 days to complete which consisted of mock customer questions. I completed the assessment, but short after, unfortunately received an email that someone else was chosen. I was super bummed, I felt very confident and I even started to tell people that I already work for this amazing company. That's how excited I was! Haha. I did not get the job, but I will try again in the future. I've had many interviews in my career and Invision's energy is incomparable. Overall it was a great process, I was not stumped on any question during interview and they seem to want to get to know who YOU are. Best of luck to anyone interviewing with Invision. With preparation, you are bound to do well.
