Incture Technologies Senior Java Developer interview questions

Every poor process, they took one month only for one round of interview. Every time they schedule interview with asking for the availablity and they only cancel and reschedule the interview with asking for the availablity. I had already an offer and had able to joi. Immediately still they were taking lots of time. No one wants to give gap in their career, they should understand that and should inform how much time they will take for all the process. If don't have to hire shouldn't waste others time.
