Interview
The Human Resource (HR) Department is responsible for coordinating the whole recruitment process of staff for the bank and conducting induction training and departments may not recruit staff without HR approval. Departments are responsible for job specification ( a list of key competences i.e. experience, skill, capabilities e.t.c), advising HR of the need to recruit, selecting the panel & short listing together with other members of the interview panel and drawing up proper well-structured and systematic induction process for the new joiner. An interview panel comprises of two managers and human resource official and one head of department. Upon receipt of application letter and CVs, HR department consults the respective head of department to identify interview panel members. During interviews, HR official will circulate the application letters and CVs to selected panel members. As for senior managers's post, the Chief Executive Officer or deputy is the one that chairs the panel.
