At a campus career fair, a recruiter asked some basic data structure questions and what is the most important algorithm in computer science. After I dropped my resume, I got invited to on campus interview in an hour.

I had applied online. The recruiter reached out for a phone interview a while after. She asked me about my prior work experience and asked me to walk through a couple of my projects but didn't ask a lot of questions about it.
