"Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." Disrespectful and a waste of time would be my overall feedback. After a previous interview process for a role in Indeed which took over three months and 7 separate interviews, I took the view that it was just one poor recruiter when they didn't offer any feedback on why they went a different direction. I decided to give Indeed the benefit of the doubt and apply for a different role. A generic rejection email with no feedback after a second interview process which included six interviews.... well, I guess I should have learned my lesson the first time. I guess a simple phone call is too much to ask after thirteen interviews, hours of prep, case studies, etc.

Two virtual interviews before being told they moved in another direction. If they had proceed with me there would have been an additional case study plus a panel interview with the team.
