Interview
Smooth and inclusive, comfortable the entire time. Would not choose to have it any other way. To be honest, why can't it be this way at all companies? I honestly felt like all of my concerns were heard and that we were on the same page.
Short and casual, more personality based than standard interview questions, which helped hire folks who were best suited for the position. The process took less than a month, and moved very rapidly.

The process is well organized. The HR did a pre-interview communication, which was very helpful for me to be confident in the upcoming interview, Also, I got a chance to ask some questions about the role and the company culture before the interview.
