The hiring manager sounded really apathetic. Previously a recruiter talked about the position during a phone interview, but I still hoped that the second interview would go in depth about the position and the expectations. Instead, this manager mostly asked weird, distracting questions that seemed way off-topic. She asked me to describe my background, but she didn't seem very interested in what I had to say. I almost feel like she already decided that she wasn't interested in me before this phone interview, so I'm not sure why she wasted her time.

1 Skype Interview, 2 phone Interviews After about a week (from the last phone interview) I received a phone call telling telling me they chose a stronger candidate. When I asked for feedback on why the other candidate was stronger she gave me a list of what I think are confusing and inaccurate reasons for not hiring me. For the time and effort I spent pursuing this opporutnity, I am disappointed they couldn't be a little more accurate and considerate with their feedback.
