I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX)
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter. She was very nice and the screen was easy. Invited me to a happy hour for new sales recruits and to an in person interview. The other sales people I would be working with were very nice and I got to meet the people I would be interviewing with. One seemed very excited to meet with me the other was a little caught off guard that he was meeting me beforehand. Interview was 3 people for around 20-30 minutes each. Easy questions, basic common sense. I was offered a third round interview to make a presentation on Indeed, but I decided Sales was not for me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How important is making money to you on a scale of 1-10?
The interview process was positive. I originally applied for a different role, but when I wasn’t selected, the recruiter kindly recommended me for another opportunity that was a better fit.
Pre recorded questions, would not recommend as they did layoffs recently so they are not really looking to hire anyone right now, lack of leadership and support, unclear information about role
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed in Nov 2023
Interview
