The interview process was smooth, at first. I went through several rounds of interviews and completed an assignment. The recruiter had great at communication. I interviewed very early on in the interview process. All my interviews were pushed together to complete in a 2 week time frame along with an assignment. I was told they were still going through interviews but that I was still a candidate, they would have a decision the week of March 26. By then 3 weeks had passed. I didn’t hear by end of week so I followed up and got a snarky response from the recruiter who shortly said “no updates to share”. I asked her if I was still a candidate at least so I could move on with another potential offer, she never replied. I reached out to the hiring manager on LinkedIn, we had sent messages back via LinkedIn earlier in the process. He read my message and never replied. Needless to say, horrible experience with a smoke and mirrors way about them. A waste of my time from a place that claims to be the leader in the hiring industry.
