Direct Interview Schedule post shortlisting. The interview process was pretty simple and easy. The interview coordinating HR was also very thorough and helped me with the process. The interview had HR, Hiring manager and his supervisor. hey were quite friendly during the process. They tried to understand my mindset toward my work and workplace.

I had very worst experience. Interviewer was aware that I had capabilities and experience still a negative and stressful environment was created which created lot of stress . Interview has made up a mind that he won't be selecting me prior even assessing the capability constructively. I was told that I need to meet panel personal due to critical nature of work . My entire and efforts were wasted . Even if I don't get a job that is fine but ghosting candidates without tell me their results is highly unprofessional. Hope you too get such unprofessional staff in your team
