Really simple, they ask questions thru prerecording Videos and you only have two chances to retake your video answer before submitting. At the end they ask you to read a script

The interview process was very easy, the people who interview you are very friendly also. If you answer the questions right your will most likely get hired. Depending on what part your applying for they might drug test you.
