Approached by their recruiter. Scheduled a call, but the recruiter cut it short because they want someone who can come to the office in Altrincham 9-5.30 5 days a week for the first 3 months, with zero flexibility if you have dependents.

I went through a three-stage interview process for a Data Scientist position. Stage 1, Phone Interview: I spoke with Max, the recruitment manager, who was very professional, polite, and friendly. He helped me understand the role well and what they were looking for. Stage 2, Technical Interview: This was an online interview with two data scientists. We talked about the role, and they asked many questions about my experience and challenges I have faced. It wasn't too difficult, but they asked a lot of questions. Stage 3, Final Interview: This was at their office in Altrincham with four people. I had to prepare and present an end-to-end NLP project using a business case. I presented my work, and then we discussed it in detail. They also asked questions about my experience and how I would handle different situations. My Thoughts: I didn't get an offer, but I was impressed by the company and team. They are very picky about who they hire. Everyone I met was friendly and professional, and they clearly know what they are doing in Data Science Consultancy. Even though I was disappointed not to get the job, I learned a lot about how they work. I would recommend applying, as working with this team would be great, and the interview process is worth going through even though it is challenging.
