Well organized and not hard to crack. Had a technical and HR round. Tech panel had 2 ppl asking most of the questions about previous projects. However In the HR round, negotiation was strictly not allowed and rushed through the process to ensure you dnt have enough time to think or ask more
t was a two-round interview process, one online and one in person at SHOLS' Chennai office. The experience was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free throughout, with clear communication, and a well-organized process.
