Interview
There is technical round and couple of personal round for experienced person. In technical round questions are asked on area of expertise such as mainframe, Java, .net etc. Questions will be based on theory as well as practical experience gained over the years, most of them will be situation based, such as a real time situation will be narrated and you will be asked to analyse and suggest the solution.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. It started with a brief introduction from the interviewer, who explained the role and the expectations for the position. I was then asked to introduce myself and talk about my previous experience.
