      UI/User Experience Designer Interview

      Nov 18, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Infosys

      Interview

I interviewed from college as a part of recruitment process. Senior manager and HR came To college. Introduced themselves and gave a story boarding excessive to journey related problem. It’s under 60min. Once it’s done there was one on one interview with the same manager about the design. He will ask questions. This manager was an arrogant person. Not very pleasing. End of the interview he addressed the class and said package details. It was the lowest in the industry. He backed it up by saying Infosys is not very competitive in terms of package. I took it because it was my first job. I learned everything related to my job at Infosys. Which I did on my own. There are less opportunities for an employee to learn and grow at Infosys. You learn if you have the interest and follow the industry leader around the world and get the information.
