i first saw a job listing in the news paper. I applied for it and got a call for interview after a month of applying. I attended the interview which was the first round with a panel of 6 people.After the interview I got another call for interview after a month, i attended the interview with the VP and departmental head and then again after a month i got a job offer letter.
