The experience was phenomenal with quick scheduling & completing the process in no time. Had 3 rounds of interviews. First round was more of a heads up about the job description and setting the expectations very clearly. Second round was core technical & the final round was salary negotiation & moving it forward.

Interview
It was very professional . It was taken be a panel and they were a team. Interviewer accessed all the relevant skills and only then shortlisted . Background check was initiated formally after the international process and it took a couple of days to report . After the back ground check report , offer was released.
