It contains 3 rounds of interview.Intially one technical round with technical lead followed by client round and then followed by HR round.
Each round will be around 30 to 40 minutes
The interview for sales associate isn't very tough. Anyone with a decent English and communication skills can crack the interview easily. Also you should have the patience to get grilled in the interview.

Why do you want to do a sales job when you are graduated from finance ?
The entire process was 3 interviews in total. The 1st was a 1-on-1 with the direct report of the position. The 2nd was an overview of a case study assignment that needed to be completed within 1 week. The last was really just a welcome aboard interview, confirming salary, start date and introduction to team members.
Very well organised , well planned. Everyone was on time except me . They were waiting for me patiently , I joined late and asked them to introduce themselves.So they complied and started introducing themselves one by one, afterwards I asked them to expalin the Job as I was partying last night so could not read the email so they did.
