4 interviews 1: Product owner 1hr - exploring your approach to software development/application of agile 2: Product owner 1hr - exploring your approach to software development/application of agile 3: Partner 30 min - meet and greet, setting expectations of consulting, learning more about me. 4: Principle 1 hr back to a technical interview My experience is neutral - I passed through three interviews but not the final one. In the third interview I was offered the role but did not pass the final interview - which was more technical/structured than I expected.

More structured and less conversational. - Tell me about you? - How old are you? - Talk me through your CV - Why you - Why Infosys - What are your strengths and weaknesses? -What research have you done on Infosys? -Explain to me agile/safe agile? -What type of leader are you? -What are your hard and soft skills? - Your CV says XYZ explain it..
Communication from the HR team was timely, interviewers were respectful, and the overall experience felt transparent and well structured throughout the hiring process. Good luck for the ones applying , interview was fair

The process seems to be moving quite slowly. I have been waiting for a response for the past three months, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any update from the company or the HR team. I would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly let me know the current status or the next steps in the process.

Interview
Four rounds. Both technical and behavioural. I had 3 rounds initially, and then the HR reached out, confirming the offer verbally. However, the next day, the HR again reached out, saying one more person still wants to interview you, which was a little strange.
