The interview process was well-organized and comprehensive, providing a clear overview of what to expect at each stage. From the initial screening to the final discussions, the communication was timely and transparent. The questions were thoughtfully designed to assess both my technical capabilities and how well I would fit within the company culture. I appreciated the professionalism of the interviewers and the opportunity to share my experiences and perspectives. Question 1
One key question they asked was: 'Can you describe a challenging problem you faced in a previous role and how you approached solving it?' It encouraged me to reflect on my critical thinking, problem-solving process, and ability to stay composed under pressure.
During the HR screening, I discussed my overall experience in backend and full-stack development, primarily working with Golang and scalable systems. We also briefly discussed compensation expectations, while the technical discussions and project deep-dives are expected in the upcoming interview rounds.

First round: Aptitude test
Second round: Technical Test (questions on LLM,RAG, Generative AI)
Third round: Technical Interview (Gen AI Projects and the decision making questions based on situations)
Fourth round: HR
For a Data Analyst fresher at Infosys, the interview usually includes multiple stages: first a resume screening/online assessment (aptitude and basic analytics), then technical rounds focused on SQL, Excel, Python, Power BI/Tableau, data interpretation and case-based questions, followed by an HR interview checking communication, fit and motivations before a final decision.
