I was fortunate enough to interview with a great team! During the interview, I was asked only relevant questions to get the overview of my duties. Unlike many interviews I've had before and since, it's clear that the interviewers weren't looking for a unicorn, but someone who had a reasonable understanding of required duties to function in the role.

Got two interviews, one from the CTO and another from a tech lead. They asked a bit of technical questions regarding Python . They were friendly, but after the interviews, never heard back from them.

Interview
The posting for this position looked promising, and shortly after my application I was e-mailed, called, and text messaged (whoa) inviting me to take a "skills assessment." The skills assessment felt more like a quiz for a class I hadn't taken with questions about fire extinguishers and the history of the internet. I'm assuming based on my score on this assessment, I was not selected for an interview. Huge waste of time. I got the feeling that they are looking to underpay people that should be entry-level candidates, not provide support through a meaningful internship program.
