Mostly ghost jobs. They post and re-post a lot of ghost jobs. They have a well known pattern of leaving job openings for 6+ months. Very much a scam. Interview process was smooth and straight to the point. Interviewing with hiring manager. No multiple round interviews with multiple people. Simple questions and very pleasant experience. Thought I did great and was expecting an offer but did not receive a follow up post interview. Looking again at their job postings, it seems that they re-post the exact same jobs, without actually hiring anybody. Perhaps to maintain and keep state funding but a waste of hope and time for potential candidates.
