Generell sind die Leute sehr nett und familiär. Firmenkultur ist Ihnen wichtig und man merkt dass Sie nicht die person mit den perfekten skills suchen, sondern jemanden mit einer guten Basis und der ein guter culture fit für das Team ist. Man lernt auch direkt leute kennen mit denen man zusammenarbeiten könnte.
