InnovMarine interview questions

Set up a time to meet, had three people from.company in interview. Everyone was friendly and seemed very positive about the experience and told me they would be in touch within a week. Followed by a personality test lacking identifiers of source and whom the test was on behalf of the next day. Ended up going completely silent and not responding to any attempt at communication.
