I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.

Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
Three people interviewed me separately. One as a recruiter, one as an account manager, and another as a senior account manager. The only negative thing I noticed was that they didn't exactly know who I would be interviewing with and seemed to scramble for people to interview me. I waited quite a bit for the interview to start and in-between interviews. If they like you, they ask to set up another interview. I was offered a second interview and have not yet had the second interview.
The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Austin, TX) in May 2025
Interview
Began with a 15 minute warmer call with a recruiter to then schedule a 45 minute call with the recruiter, then either an in-person or online interview with hiring manager, and then last interview with manager.
