I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Nashville, TN) in Aug 2016
Interview
Two face to face interviews. The first was a "speed dating" round. 4-5 Account Managers came in to talk with me about short/long term goals, weekend plans, and life in general. The second was a lunch interview in the gulch with two of the sales managers. 80% of the conversation was casual conversation and 20% was why I wanted to work there and my goals.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
