I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
Since you're interviewing for a sales position, the folks at Insight Global really want you to charm them and show that you have charisma. Outgoing people will excel. The interview process consists of sitting down with 3 or 4 current account managers, where you are encouraged to ask questions and carry the conversation. I was told before my interview that I should be focusing more on having a good conversation and showing my interpersonal skills rather than the specific aspects of the job. Overall, make sure to show that you are a driven, highly competitive, outgoing individual who loves to have a good time.
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.
The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Austin, TX) in May 2025
Interview
Began with a 15 minute warmer call with a recruiter to then schedule a 45 minute call with the recruiter, then either an in-person or online interview with hiring manager, and then last interview with manager.
