Interview
They first interview was just getting to know. It was a really great opportunity to express yourself and how you might act as a salesperson. Interview 2 was with several account managers and a sales manager. This part is getting to talk about your qualifications in sales and leadership experience. The last interview takes place at a restaurant and is solely meant to see if you can carry on a conversation. Overall a pretty easy going interview process. If you can make conversation, you can get the job.

What would you say is your greatest accomplishment?
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment

The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
