Interview
They contacted me, got me excited, and then left me hangin. They sold me the job as if I already had it, was so excited to meet everyone & then I just wasn't what they were looking for. Very misleading.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
