- met the recruiter at a recruitment fair who briefed me in a 1-1 call before my actual first-round interview
- the first round interview via zoom was interesting. more conversational than most but also more low-energy than I expected
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
