I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Phone interview asking about yourself, then an in-person interview with 3 other employees there. The last interview was a lunch interview. I thought that this was a very interesting way to interview a potential employee. Everyone in the office was very nice and helpful. I got an interview by a recruiter looking at my LinkedIn and then calling me to see why I wanted to work at Insight Global. The whole team seem extremely motivating and young!

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
