I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Insight (London, England) in Jul 2021
Interview
A good experience that turned nasty.
1st Interview . Internal recruiter , via telephone call
2nd Interview. Team Lead , via Teams
3rd Interview. Team member, via Teams
1st interview was a discussion around availability, why I was looking to move from current role, previous experience, general stuff.
2nd Interview was very probing around PM skills, scenarios etc.
3rd was more of to see if I would fit in to the team.
Up until this point very positive and was even offered the role. There was no room for negotiation on salary or package, it was very this is it.
Thought about it for a day and turned down the offer, this is where it gets nasty. The Insight internal recruiter proceeded to accuse me of not being very open or honest, how I was making him look bad as he had to go back to the business and tell them I had declined the offer, how I had wasted their time etc.
He even took it to the point of disconnecting from me in LinkedIn.

Question 1
What is the difference between Project and Program Management?
Interviewed at one of their recently acquired companies (SADA) only to be ghosted. Went through FOUR rounds of interviews, they then asked for references and I never heard from them again.
Save your time and energy and avoid applying here.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight (Perth, Western Australia) in Jan 2025
Interview
The initial phone screening with the Talent Acquisition Specialist was disappointing. The conversation felt rushed and one-sided, with limited opportunity to properly exchange information. The specialist came across as disengaged and seemed to make assumptions without taking the time to understand my background fully. A more thorough and open-minded approach would have made for a better candidate experience.

Question 1
When asked if I had done this 'exact' role before, I honestly explained that while I hadn't held the identical title,
3 step, uno con Hr, uno con il management italiano e uno con Head of Services (in inglese). Attenti alle esperienze e molto demanding riguardo a certificazioni ufficiali in Project Management. Buona impressione e cura della persona.
