I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
It wasn't too lengthy and was relatively easy. The man interviewing me was extremely personable and seemed really passionate about he was talking about. He also did a good job answering my questions and describing what it would be like working for the company. There was a first interview and a second interview quickly followed. He let me know that everyone had to work their way up in the company and work hard to be successful there, but overall seemed like a great place.

Interview
Once you're in the office you are taken into a large room with the person who spoke to you on the phone giving you information about the position. That person talks to you and gets to know you then gives you feed back before another person comes into the room to interview you.
We appreciate the review, however, we are not sure this is the same Insight you interviewed with. We don't have any office near Charlotte. We do wish you the best!
It was super laid back. Sat in a board room with a new person coming in every 10 minutes or so. They seemed really interested about how you were as a person and not your work ethic at all. Like previous reviews I believe it was a lot like a frat house also.
Thank you for the feedback, however, we are not sure this is the same Insight you interviewed with. We do not interview candidates in board rooms. Additionally, we have a structured a specific interview process for this role.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Insight (Amarillo, TX) in Jan 2016

The best interview questions also benefit job seekers by giving them an opportunity to speak to details that don’t fit on a resume.
