I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Insperity
Interview
Started with a phone interview with internal recruiter. It was more of her selling me on why I should work for Insperity. Next was F2F interview with District and then Regional Sales Manager. Both were surprisingly easy interviews considering that it is a "$200k+" sales job. Next I had to go thru a very detailed background check that took a very long time but no drug test which I thought was very odd.

Question 1
How much time do you spend prospecting? Cold calling, email blasting, networking, etc.
Recruiter sent me a message on LinkedIn, Phone call with them, then main recruiter phone call. Then 2 rounds with different District Managers and last round with Regional Manager & DM.
Great communication and set detailed expectations. 3 rounds of interviews. After each interview I left feeling more optimistic about the opportunity and the company as a whole. Building a good culture is important to Insperity and it shows.

Question 1
What was a difficult challenge you over came and how did you do it?
They did a very good job. First call with recruiter then I had two interviews. Overall it was a very good interview experience. It does seem like the Louisiana market will be closing so not sure how helpful this will be.
