I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Insperity (Kingwood, TX)
Interview
Lengthy interview process - really really helps if you know someone or are related to a co-worker
Behavioral based interview questions, Star AR, some recruiters are not very good, they don't seem to be able to track applicants very well
First and second interview were phone interviews. Relatively short, felt more like a screening. Final round you have to present something short. Overall, a very easy process, especially these days.

What are your 3 strengths you intend to bring to this role
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insperity
Interview
The interview process took about 2 weeks. I spoke with a recruiter about this position and had to track her down in order to get an interview. That should've been the first red flag. The conversation was pretty dry and she basically read the job description and asked if my background matched that, which it did. I was then put through their process with a background check which seemed pre-mature since an offer had not been made. The panel I spoke with seemed pretty disinterested and knew that from the salary range that was being offered and what they were asking this person to do, it would be underpaid. A few days after my final meeting they said they were going in a different direction. My recommendation would be to look elsewhere. It seemed like a decent opportunity but I don't think they know what they're looking for and don't seem to have resources or interest to bring people on board that doesn't fit their prototype.
