Instaffo interview questions

The process included multiple stages: initial screening, a second interview with the CTO (Nikolai), a take-home assignment, and a trial day. They were selective, choosing from over 100 applications with only 5 candidates reaching the final stage. My over all experience was 5/5 Excellent. The interview process was structured and transparent, with consistent and open communication.

Wurde per Email eingeladen, an einem Online Meeting teilzunehmen. Der HR Mitarbeiter war nett, aber ich fand es etwas respektlos, ein Meeting vorzeitig zu beenden. Selbst wenn Interviewer das Gefühl haben dass es nicht passt, zeigt man den nötigen Respekt, dass der Kandidat Fragen stellen kann. Das wurde hier leider nicht gemacht.
