Insured Nomads interview questions

I had 3 interviews with the hiring team, plus an additional call to talk more about the role and how I could contribute. I received a verbal offer and a start date from the team, but as my date to got closer, they ghosted me. Eventually they said they needed more time and expressed that they wanted to hire me, but there was never any action behind their talk - they have just been leading me on. It has been 3 months since I received a verbal offer, so please do not apply to work here! To the hiring team - please fix your candidate experience. It is unprofessional and embarrassing.
