I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Gdańsk) in Jun 2011
Interview
It was only one interview on-site, which I'd scheduled with manager (on phone) the week before. During the interview, there were three people asking question, most of them were really easy and required only basic C++ and coding skills (types of casts, heap vs stack, constructors, virtual functions, etc.). Atmosphere was quite friendly. Be prepared to express your salary expectations (I would recommend to aim high as the salary is up to manager most of the time).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Not really difficult, but "What are disadvantages of using templates in C++" was a bit surprising.
