I submitted my resume online and got an email invitation for phone interview after a week. The phone interview went smoothly, the manager called me on time and asked a lot of technical questions, some of them are very detail. At the end of the phone interview, I was offered an on-site interview. After a week, I went for on-site. It was fun and last about4 hours. 4 managers gave 1:1 interview to me. Process begins with a phone screen with recruiter, followed by hiring manager discussion, then onsite interviews consisting of several one-on-one sessions, where candidates are usually expected to deliver a presentation.
It was pretty straightforward overall. They mainly asked questions about my resume, previous work experience, and the projects and research work I completed during my graduate studies. The conversation was conversational and focused on understanding my background and technical experience.
