I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intellia Therapeutics (Cambridge, MA) in Sep 2017
Interview
One of the most unprofessional in-person interview experiences I've ever had -- half-hour wait for an interviewer who ultimately didn't show, a second, inexperienced interviewer who had no idea what questions to ask, and the final interviewer who couldn't stop looking at her phone and actually typed and sent a text during the meeting. Oh, and did I mention that I had it was almost 30 minutes before anyone even realized that I was sitting in a conference room by myself, waiting to be interviewed? And finally, it took 4 follow-up emails over 3 weeks to get rejected.

Interview
Spoke with the Recruiter first for an intro call. Then spoke with an Executive Assistant in a similiar role then came in person to meet with the entire team. Probably met with 4 people for the onsite interviews.
