HR Screening: The interview process typically begins with a screening conducted by Human Resources (HR). During this stage, HR may review your qualifications, ask about your background and experience, and assess your fit for the role. General and Finance & Accounting Exam: Following the HR screening, you may be required to take an exam that covers both general knowledge and topics specific to finance and accounting. This exam helps the hiring team assess your technical skills and knowledge relevant to the position. Panel Interview with Analyst and Supervisor: If you pass the exam, you may proceed to a panel interview with an analyst and supervisor from the department. This interview allows the hiring team to delve deeper into your qualifications, experience, and fit for the role. You may be asked behavioral questions, technical questions related to finance and accounting, and scenarios to assess your problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team. Interview with Department Head with Demo: Finally, you may have an interview with the department head, possibly accompanied by a demonstration or presentation. During this interview, the department head may discuss your career goals, assess your fit for the team and organization culture, and evaluate your ability to contribute to the department's goals and objectives. The demonstration or presentation may involve showcasing your skills, knowledge, or a sample project related to the role.
