Intellificial interview questions

Interview process was fast and very engaging. Interviewers were prepared and it felt more like a discussion with colleagues than talking to strangers. Thats a great feeling for a candidate honestly! There were around 3 rounds including HR round. So 2 rounds were with Manager and CEO. I must say that leadership team at Intellificial is hardworking and focused on bringing right talent in the organization. They really make sure they give you equal opportunity as a candidate and not judge you on the basis of your experience in Australia or outside Australia. That shows how much they care about their employees as i felt organization values while speaking with every interviewer. Job description was shared by recruiter and interview calendars were marked in time on microsoft teams. Overall it was a great candidate experience.

Interview process was good. Interviewers were more friendly and they created comfortable environment during the interview. They had 2 rounds as part of technical. First round was more technical and second was client interview.
