I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at International Paper (Champaign, IL) in Oct 2017
Interview
The interview was with a man and woman, both had a set list of questions they wanted to ask, and did not divert from them. Interviewers were very friendly and appreciated when individuals asked good questions at the end of the interview.

The team is very organized. They provided insight into the position as well as asked thought provoking questions. I enjoyed the experience despite withdrawing from the process. This seems like a great team to be a part of!

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter after applying online. The recruiter had great energy, asked very surface level questions regarding my education and experience. I was passed along very quickly for a second interview, which was an on-site interview to the meet the team. However, this was a position I was interesting in for relocating, and our timelines weren’t in sync.
