The process was done through a telephone interview. It was pretty painless and was walked through the position and job duties. A few questions were asked but nothing difficult. There was a strong rapport between the hiring manager and myself. The amount of paperwork for the hiring process was very detailed and daunting. I would have been happy there, however another position came about and I couldn’t pass it up.
