 Working with Offshore team on pending issues and coordinating migration project activities to meet the project deadlines.  Responsible for database refresh and coordinating with QA Team.  Proactive monitoring of SQL server known issues related to performance.  Writing Custom scripts to refresh tables and monitoring jobs.  Troubleshooting performance issues in production and non-production servers.  Providing support for database mirroring, always on and log shipping implementation.
