Intrepid USA interview questions

A LinkedIn contact of mine who I used to know of at a previous company advertised the opening on their LinkedIn page. I sent her a message and applied online. A couple of weeks later, the HR Leader reached out to via text to schedule a phone interview with me. We chatted about 30 minutes or so the next day. She asked my availability for a Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager (my LinkedIn contact) and schedule an interview either the next day or the day after. The interview went well although the video didn't work so we just had an audio interview. I went over previous employee relations issues, difficult employees, and my experience at the previous company. The interview was the week before Thanksgiving and I was told they would hope to know something by after the holiday. I reached out to the team and never heard anything back. A month and a half or so later, I received an email saying I wasn’t selected
