I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Mountain View, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
"Craft demo" was a presentation on self plus a case. Was a cross functional set of interviewees. Friendly atmosphere. One hour total with the entire team and then broke off into one to one interviews after that for forty five minutes each. Decision was made in a couple days. All started with a screening call from recruiter and then the manager.
They missed three interviews and kept rescheduling the calls. It was very frustrating to waste time trying to sync for an interview. It was a terrible interview process because of this.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Intuit (San Jose, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
Screening interviews with follow up 1 hour panel presentation and individual interviews with panelists and then final interviews with executives. Panel presentation consisted of 3 parts: introduction of self, sharing of examples of past work and then responding to a craft case prompt. To be successful candidates really need to put time and research into the craft case.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Intuit
Interview
Took too long to schedule the interviews. The hiring manager was looking for a specific answer without being open-minded and considering the other aspects of the situation that was discussed.
